•Contract Monitoring
We assit organizations to successfully meet their contractual obligations by conducting programmatic and fiscal assessments, creating corrective action plans, developing the capacity within the organization and providing technical assistance guidance. We ensure that the program is in compliance and operating according to schedule.
•Database Development
We design databases to help organizations manage program information to automatically retrieve or manipulate client's demographics, reports, forms, as well as monitor program effectiveness and staff performance.
•Outcome Measurement
We identity program outcomes, develop appropriate outcome indicators, and develop data colection procedures and data analysis to assist organizations in understanding their program achievements.
